Cylinder Damage due To Bushfire Procedure

  • Cylinders are not to be moved or retrieved prior to having undergone a safety assessment. Assessments can be done by contacting local emergency services to see if they are available, or by sending in detailed photos of each cylinder. Cylinders must not be transported under any circumstances without a safety assessment being completed.

  • Once the cylinder has been deemed safe for transport, it may be dropped off at our South Nowra depot. Alternatively, the cylinder may be able to be collected if it is within our regular delivery zones. Please note that cylinder collections may be delayed at this time, and full details of the collection site, cylinder gas codes, and location are required.

  • If a cylinder requires replacement, BOC will invoice a replacement fee and write off the cylinder. This invoice should be sent to your insurer.

  • Contact BOC directly should you not have insurance or require financial assistance.

Home Oxygen

  • A prescription is still required for any medical grade oxygen to be supplied.

  • Anyone struggling to breath should visit a hospital or contact emergency services.

Delivery Zones

Some road closures are still in place. The Tarrants delivery team will assess if each area is safe for our vehicles to pass.
