For existing Tarrants customers we have made a step by step video on how to order LPG gas which is available to view by clicking :
1. Click Sign in
2. Enter your account details. If we have your email address on file, you should have received an email with a password reset link. If not, give us a call and we'll get you set up!
3. Click "Order Gas"
4. Click on the LPG45 Cylinder. You can click the + and - buttons to determine the number of cylinders to order. Please be aware that you cannot order more than what your current rental plan allows.
5. Proceed to checkout.
6. Check billing and or shipping details are correct. If you have more than one shipping address and would like use another, please give us a call.
7. Select your payment option.
8. After payment is complete, you will be presented with a order confirmation. To check on invoices, sales, etc, go to "Account" at the top of the page.
If you are a NEW CUSTOMER please call us to setup your rental and customer account, after which you will receive a login.
Some notes: Our full range of products (over 50,000) will be made available in 2017.
