Full for Empty Exchange on Medical Oxygen

Effective immediately orders for Medical Oxygen are now limited to full for empty (FFE) exchange only.

Due to the current situation with COVID across several states, customers may be concerned about the supply of medical gases and may order larger volumes than usual to stock up or order products that haven’t been supplied in the past.

To prevent unnecessary stockpiling of medical supplies and ensure ongoing continuity of supply for all medical facilities and patients, BOC is implementing a full for empty exchange for medical oxygen.

This only applies to customers ordering more than their usual volume.
