This affects customers ordering cylinders in the medical oxygen 400 category, size ND only.
BOC will be enhancing our medical gas service by upgrading our medical oxygen fleet to the new 400D1 size cylinder to help future proof our cylinders.
We will be transitioning most medical customers to the new 400D1 cylinder, as the 400ND will now become a dedicated fleet for ambulance customers only.
Under no circumstances are the 400ND cylinders to be supplied to any unapproved customer.
